We are thrilled to announce that Andgo Systems has been recognized as one of Canada's Top Small and Medium Employers of 2023. This prestigious award is a testament to Andgo’s commitment to creating an exceptional workplace that fosters employee engagement, innovation, and inclusivity.
Now in its 10th year, Canada's Top Small & Medium Employers is an editorial competition that recognizes the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that offer the nation's best workplaces and forward-thinking human resources policies. Organized by Mediacorp Canada Inc., this recognition is awarded to companies with fewer than 500 employees that demonstrate a commitment to creating a positive work environment and fostering employee engagement. Winners are selected based on a review of eight criteria:
- Physical Workplace;
- Work Atmosphere & Social;
- Health, Financial & Family Benefits;
- Vacation & Time Off;
- Employee Communications;
- Performance Management;
- Training & Skills Development;
- and Community Involvement.
At Andgo, we are dedicated to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture. We believe in leading by example with our core values and principles, which empower our team to develop their full potential, bring their authentic selves to work, and create a space of inclusion and belonging.
“Our people are our top priority, and we strive to create an environment where everyone has the tools to thrive both personally and professionally,” commented Andgo’s CEO, Tom Ross. “This award is a reflection of the hard work and dedication of the entire team, and we are thrilled to be recognized.”
