Before coming to Andgo, Josh served as Manager of HR Technology & Workforce Management with Bon Secours Mercy Health, supporting a network of 60,000 employees, 1,200 care sites, and 50 hospitals. 

Now, Josh serves as Principal, Value Realization at Andgo to bridge the gap between operations and business bottom line. 

With more than 10 years of experience implementing and optimizing UKG tools, Josh brings a unique blend of analytical expertise, project management acumen, and innovative problem-solving to complex organizational challenges.

After business hours, you can typically find Josh at a disc golf course or hiking with his wife Emily.
