We're Headed to UKG Aspire 2025 (And Filling Shifts in Record Time)
by Brittany Kanoza on Oct 14, 2025
The countdown is on! We couldn’t be more excited for Aspire, our biggest event of the year. Our team at Andgo is preparing for a week of networking, informative sessions, and, of course, discussions on our favorite topic: filling shifts in 3 minutes or less!
If you’ve been to Aspire before, you know it’s more than just a conference. It’s where the workforce management community comes together to share ideas, tackle staffing’s toughest challenges, and discover what’s next. And this year, we’re bringing some special things to the expo floor!
Why Aspire Matters to Us
Andgo exists to help hospitals and manufacturing companies fill shifts in record-breaking time (and without the stress). That means no more midnight texts to find coverage. No more scrambling to fill staffing gaps. Just streamlined, efficient workforce management tools that actually work.
Aspire gives us the chance to meet the people who live and breathe these challenges: schedulers, nurse managers, HR leaders, and workforce strategists who are looking for better ways to manage their teams. These are the conversations that matter most to us, and we can’t wait to hear what’s working, what’s not, and how we can help.
Here's what we have planned:
Join Us for a Cocktail Hour
We’re thrilled to be hosting a cocktail hour with the UKG Dimensions User Group on the first night of Aspire! Unwind after a packed day, connect with fellow Dimensions users, and have conversations in a more relaxed setting. Free drinks, great people, better conversations - what's not to love?

A Special Guest Appearance
If you’re a listener of Talking Shift or want to meet some of the biggest leaders in the workforce management space, then keep reading! Josh Ambrose, Manager of HR Technology Services at Bon Secours, and Mickey DeAngelo, Andgo’s own Chief Outcomes Officer (AKA hosts of Talking Shift), will be at Aspire! This is your chance to meet them in person, continue the conversation beyond the mic, and dive deeper into WFM strategies.
Stop by our booth, or find them on the expo floor to chat 1:1 (or 1:2!), grab some exclusive Talking Shift swag, and learn how to strengthen your WFM strategy. These are the kind of conversations that make Aspire so valuable.
Catch a Can’t-Miss Panel
One session we’re particularly looking forward to? The conversation between Mickey DeAngelo and Tammy Caviness, DNP, and Associate Chief Nursing Officer at Cone Health, about standardizing WFM practices. They’ll share their experiences implementing a standardized approach to configuration and processes across their ProWFM platform, including Advanced Scheduling, Pay Practices, and their upcoming Andgo implementation at the corporate level, in conjunction with their central staffing offices.
This session will give you actionable takeaways you can bring back to your team. Mark your calendar for this one!
What We’re Bringing to the Table
Most importantly, we are bringing our team! We work with some of North America’s largest hospitals, so we understand shift-filling challenges inside and out. We know what Andgo can do for healthcare organizations, and want to show you the proof (not just tell you). If you wish to see a demo, talk strategy, or just chat about the current state of workforce management, we’ll have a representative ready to connect with you.
What We Hope to Learn
The healthcare landscape is constantly evolving, and the best insights come from the people on the frontlines. We want to hear about the challenges you’re facing and the wins you’re celebrating.
Every conversation we have helps build better solutions. That’s what makes Aspire such an important event for us year after year.
Let’s Connect
If you’re planning to attend UKG Aspire, we’d love to see you. Come find us on the expo floor, and let’s talk about how to fill your shifts quicker!
Whether you want a demo, need to talk through a staffing challenge, or just want to grab some swag, our team will be there ready to connect.
See you at Aspire!
